JAX Pyro-Plate TFS is a specially formulated synthetic lubricating grease designed for the beverage industry, particularly for use in beer taps, barrel-filling installations, and valves. Combining synthetic silicone base fluids with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grease thickener system, it ensures outstanding lubricating performance while maintaining compatibility with OEM seals. This NSF H1 registered grease meets the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3570 for lubricants with incidental food contact. Notably, JAX Pyro-Plate TFS does not impair froth or foam formation and does not affect the taste of beer when applied correctly. Its water-resistant formulation withstands heavy water contamination, hot/cold water, cleaning agents, and steam. With excellent elastomer compatibility, it ensures proper equipment operation over an extended period.
