JAX Pyro-Plate PFP

JAX Pyro-Plate PFP is a high-performance grease formulated with PFPE (perfluoropolyether) base oil and a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) thickener system, known for long-term stability and resistance to thermal and oxidative conditions. This high-temperature, water-resistant grease is designed for demanding applications, offering stable performance in extreme temperatures and environments. It reduces friction and wear, extending equipment life in severe-duty conditions. Chemically inert, it remains stable in the presence of most chemicals and is safe for use with metals, plastics, and seal materials. The grease does not carbonize or form deposits at elevated temperatures and does not evaporate, reducing lubricant and maintenance costs. NSF H1-registered for incidental food contact, it is silicone-free, VOC-free, chlorine-free, and complies with 21 CFR 178.3570. With excellent mechanical stability, nonflammability, and chemical inertness, JAX Pyro-Plate PFP is suitable for aggressive environments, such as those with concentrated acids, lye, and organic solvents. It is Kosher Pareve certified.
