JAX Syn-Form 150FG is a high-temperature, water-soluble, 100% synthetic-based fluid designed for lubricating metal forming parts, used in various metal forming procedures to enhance performance without leaving residue. It performs optimally when applied with an automatic lubricating system and meets food contact safety standards. Key benefits include excellent performance in high-temperature applications, a high flashpoint, antiwear properties, and no carbon residue at high temperatures. It offers cost savings by using minimal lubricant while ensuring clean operation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, it contains no VOCs, is NSF H1 registered, and certified Kosher Parve. Ideal applications include compatibility with water dispersed and E-coat coatings, severe hot spot applications, seaming, curling, and beading in food-grade environments.
