JAX Proofer Chain Oil is a specially formulated lubricant designed for optimal performance on bakery proofer chains and other food processing equipment in wet or humid environments where conventional products may fail. This oil excels in metal wetting and lubrication, providing a superior lubricating film for conveyor wheels, chain links, bearings, and pivots, thereby reducing component wear and chain failure. It offers effective corrosion and rust protection in environments with high water and condensate levels. The non-drip performance prevents product contamination and line shutdowns, enhanced by the inclusion of a synthetic polymer that improves cold temperature performance and chain protection. Utilizing Micronox Technology®, this oil ensures exceptional preservation and protection against microbial contamination in the lubricant. JAX Proofer Chain Oil is NSF H1 registered and Kosher Pareve certified.
