JAX Premium Peeler Oils are expertly formulated for use in the lifter oil reservoirs of fruit peelers and K-Pak transmission/gear train units, meeting NSF H2 requirements. Boasting excellent extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear characteristics, these oils facilitate easy drainage of water from the system periodically while ensuring effective, long-term protection for all lubricated parts. Specifically designed for chain and gear applications under extreme loading and water contamination, they provide high load-carrying capacity, preventing scuffing and wear. Resistant to water wash-off, rust and corrosion, and foam buildup, these oils offer superior water separation properties and foam resistance. With good oxidation resistance and thermal stability, JAX Premium Peeler Oils ensure a long service life, making them ideal for enclosed industrial gear sets, spur, bevel, helical, herringbone, and planetary gear sets, as well as heavily loaded plain and rolling element bearings.
