JAX Magna-Plate® 2000FG and 2100FG were developed as an extension of our high performance JAX Magna-Plate® 2000 and 2100 products to meet the demanding requirements of steam peelers and continuous rotary cookers. JAX Magna-Plate 2100FG is especially suited to continuous rotary cooker applications where higher temperatures are present.They boast improved reduction in copper corrosion and wear experienced by aluminum bronze wear strips in the cooker valves. They also eliminate help rubbery deposits, clogged lines and gummed check valves. Both products are designed to cling to metal surfaces even after shutdown, reducing metal-to-metal contact on start-up. JAX Magna-Plate 2100FG is especially suited to continuous rotary cooker applications when higher temperatures are present.
