Aqua-Guard FG is a metal-forming lubricant incorporating the latest developments in food-grade lubrication technology. It is specially formulated and tested for use in manufacturing sanitary ends. It also has been used in can-beading and can-flanging machines, and other can-forming equipment.
JAX Aqua-Guard XLC-FG improves upon the emulsion stability and extreme pressure (EP) performance of JAX Aqua-Guard FG to provide a more consistent lubricating film, improved efficiency, and longer tool life. JAX Aqua-Guard XLC-FG maintains excellent metal wetting characteristics while the proprietary additive technology provides improved finish, minimizes burning and prevents loading of forming components.
