JAX High-Temp Sock Grease is an excellent alternative to block grease in a variety of applications including paper machine lubrication. Rather than relying on a large amount of soap to hold the grease together, as block grease does, JAX High-Temp Sock Grease uses a cotton sock to physically contain the grease. This cotton sock is an integral part of the product. It has been carefully selected based on cotton quality, thread type, size of the knit, and the manner in which the sock is filled to ensure the product provides all the necessary protection.This grease requires significantly less time to change out than block. It dramatically reduces lubrication intervals, thus reducing downtime and making it a very cost-effective grease.
