JAX Magna-Plate® 320 FG-HG

JAX Magna-Plate® 320FG-HG3 is a heavy-duty food grade gear oil, formulated with a combination of isodewaxed, hydro-cracked white oils and synthetic base stocks. This NSF H1 registered, AGMA extreme pressure (EP) rated product is perfect for food grade applications operating under heavy loads—gears, chain drives, sprockets, and most metal-on-metal systems. It is designed to leave a rust preventative film on the metal surface, above the oil line, when seasonal equipment is shut down for extended periods.

JAX Magna-Plate® 320FG-HG3 is fortified with advanced additive technology to deliver the highest levels of performance in food grade gear applications—spur, bevel, herringbone, helical, worm gears. Antioxidants increase the oxidative resistance of the shear-stable base oils, providing long, clean lubricant performance, extended drain intervals, and reduced operating costs. In elevated temperatures and severe operating conditions, the product maintains an optimal, antiwear lubricating film for maximum equipment life. Its enhanced rust and corrosion inhibitors provide excellent protection in gearboxes subject to seasonal operation and less than ideal maintenance and storage conditions. A carefully balanced blend of antifoam agents prevents foaming, ensuring proper lubrication.
