Menomonee Falls, WI. (April 8, 2019) – JAX INC. and Pressure-Lube Inc. announced Kyle C.
Peter has been promoted to President and CEO effective April 1, 2019. Current President and
principal owner Eric J. Peter plans to step down from his present executive position at the close
of the current fiscal year and transition to product research and senior advisory roles.
“The product innovations and revenue growth facilitated by our employees, suppliers and
customers over the last forty years have been remarkable and something we do not take for
granted,” noted Eric Peter. “We have transformed JAX into one of the most recognized quality
brands in the industrial and specialty lubricants segment, particularly in our strong vertical
markets of specialized synthetic lubricants and FDA compliant lubricants for food and beverage
processors.”
Kyle C. Peter has been JAX Director of International Sales for the past seven years, two of
those based in Zurich, Switzerland. Upon receiving his BS in Material Science Engineering
from Northwestern University, Kyle was employed at Bayer Material Science for four years, last
managing the southeast U.S. territory for polycarbonate products division to OEM customers.
For more than 60 years, JAX INC. has consistently raised the bar for performance and
innovation in the synthetic, industrial and food grade lubricant industries. With more than two
