JAX recently opened a new aerosol plant in Franklin. We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the daily maintenance operations of this location. The primary responsibility of this role is preventive maintenance of the building, grounds, equipment and production line.
We seek a candidate who possesses:
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong mechanical and automation-centered maintenance skillset
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLXC units, drive motors, pumps, electrical and electronic components
- Experience with LP gas or other flammables preferred
- Experience with Boiler systems and compressed air maintenance preferred
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components
- Light welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Knowledge of filling equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum of two years in a lead maintenance position.
