The Creative Media Specialist will develop key visual assets while also supporting other marketing activities. These include but area not limited to videos, photos, web graphics, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the marketing director to create assets that support our evolving brand image
- Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product development teams to build digital assets that are up to date with modern trends and consistent
- Photograph and record video of products, sites, events, and product applications to build a library of visual assets
- Use knowledge of graphic software to manipulate and repurpose elements to build out digital media assets for multiple channels (web, social media, ads, etc.)
- Periodic maintenance of marketing and sales materials, such as sell sheets and catalogs, product sheets, etc.
- Regular participation in creative ideation sessions
- Assist with onsite events and other activities as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the creative field or related marketing/graphics position
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Fluency in utilizing multiple layers of video and audio as well as effects and plugins to construct professional and dynamic videos
- Strong understanding of layout design and visual communication principles
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Willingness to go beyond scope of work in order to achieve team and company success
- Demonstrated effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Additional skills in 3D, animation, or copywriting preferred
- Web design and site management preferred
