Menomonee Falls, WI (June 10, 2019) – JAX INC. announced a new online experience for visitors to their website, www.jax.com. The upgraded site offers users a richer experience, while easily finding the information they need.
The new site provides more information on the company regarding who they are and the full range of services they provide their channel partners and customers. “In an industry like ours, it’s about more than world-class products.”, stated Jim Cross marketing director at JAX, “Our customers want to know that we have their back. We have a long history of partnering with the professionals who use our products to keep their facilities running at peak performance. As we continue to attract new customers and branch into new segments, we wanted the site to deliver that assurance.”
The new site offers multiple ways to find information. JAX used site heatmaps, customer feedback, and other industry websites to help understand what content was most important. Key content, such as product and contact information is conveniently located and organized in such a way to help experienced lubrication engineers or novice users find what they need or easily get help.
Another site improvement includes easy access to secure content exclusive to JAX authorized distributors and sales channel members. “We continue to build our library of resources for our channel partners.”, said Cross. “It only makes sense to consolidate all of those resources into one easy online location.”.
JAX indicated that this is a continuation of an ongoing online transformation that started in late 2017. They will continue to evolve and grow that presence based upon user input.
