JAX Pyro-Plate TFS es una grasa lubricante sintética especialmente formulada para la industria de bebidas, en particular para su uso en grifos de cerveza, instalaciones de llenado de barriles y válvulas. Combinando fluidos de base de silicona sintética con un sistema espesante de grasa de politetrafluoroetileno (PTFE), garantiza un rendimiento de lubricación excepcional a la vez que mantiene la compatibilidad con las juntas OEM. Esta grasa registrada NSF H1 cumple los requisitos de 21 CFR 178.3570 para lubricantes con contacto incidental con alimentos. En particular, JAX Pyro-Plate TFS no perjudica la formación de espuma ni afecta al sabor de la cerveza cuando se aplica correctamente. Su formulación resistente al agua soporta la contaminación por agua pesada, agua caliente/fría, agentes de limpieza y vapor. Gracias a su excelente compatibilidad con los elastómeros, garantiza el correcto funcionamiento del equipo durante un periodo prolongado.
