JAX has pioneered the development of greases suitable for fully automatic dispensing systems. Whether injector-based, single or dual line, or series progressive systems, we have done the formulation and testing necessary to have specific greases suitable for a wide variety of applications.

In-house test stands ensure that our development work is focused on formulating greases that show long term stability and resistance to separation in high-pressure systems. This same equipment is used to inspect finished batches for final assurance and quality control, making sure the grease JAX ships performs up to our customers’ and JAX expectations.

Our XACT Fluid Solutions division is also at the forefront of fully automated, system-linkable solutions for plant-wide distribution and tracking of lubricants, right down to the single grease point level.
